Hope Caitlin is a 25 year old, disabled multimedia visual artist, based in the North East of England. First picking up a camera at 13 years old in the midst of health troubles and isolated from the world, she found a doorway into another and has been feverishly creating ever since. Now working for over a decade depicting her own struggles with chronic illness in a vivid fantasy world of her own making, she has reached many through honesty and unique perspective.

Through various mediums she has brought her largely self taught career to life, working in advocacy among art. Funded by Arts Council England, at 21 she launched her debut poetry novel and hosted her first solo exhibition in her home town of Bishop Auckland. In 2021 she co founded Hidden Story, a CIC focused on helping emerging artists, commonly overlooked and underfunded. In 2024 she held her second public exhibit, Invisible Visible, a collection in collaboration with Changing Relations, depicting visual representations of those experiencing disability in the workplace.
